Kate Lind is an attorney practicing in Madison, Wisconsin and the owner of Aspect Consulting, LLC. She counsels on a spectrum of legal issues including campaign finance compliance, estate planning, employment agreements and contracts. Kate provides services to businesses, organizations and individuals who seek personal attention and creative solutions.

Kate is experienced in both Wisconsin and federal campaign finance law. She provides compliance and reporting consulting services to various political committees.

Kate also enjoys working with her business clients. As a business owner herself, Kate understands the needs of small businesses and is sensitive to the concerns of entrepreneurs.

Kate has acted as the Deputy Director of a legislative campaign committee and as the Controller for a political organization in Madison. She is a member of the Legal Association for Women and Madison MAGNET. Kate also volunteers for the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation.

Having grown up in the Madison area, Kate cares about the community and Wisconsin business. Both of her parents were business owners who raised her with an entrepreneurial spirit and a respect for small business people. Her experience has taught her to speak the same language as her clients.

Kate attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where she graduated cum laude. She then returned to Madison for law school, earning a place on the Deans List as well as a State Bar Achievement Award in Unfair Trade Practices.

Kate still resides in Madison where she fosters her love for the Badgers, cheese, and all things Wisconsin. In her spare time she enjoys playing sports, socializing, and spending time with family.
